End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Receiptly ("Licensor") and you ("Licensee") for use of Receiptly ("Software") at https://receiptly-production-a0ea.up.railway.app.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for internal business purposes related to dealership accounting and QuickBooks Online integration.

2. Restrictions

Licensee may not reverse engineer, redistribute, sublicense, or use the Software to process data for third parties without written consent. Licensee is responsible for accuracy of data entered and posted to QuickBooks.

3. QuickBooks Integration

The Software connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online via OAuth. Use is subject to Intuit's terms of service. Licensee must maintain valid Intuit developer credentials and authorized company access.

4. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LICENSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS IN POSTED TRANSACTIONS; LICENSEE MUST REVIEW BEFORE POSTING IN PRODUCTION.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING INCORRECT QUICKBOOKS ENTRIES.

6. Termination

Licensee may terminate by disconnecting QuickBooks at /disconnect and ceasing use. Licensor may terminate access for violation of this Agreement.
