Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 25, 2026 · receiptly-production-a0ea.up.railway.app

Receiptly ("we", "us") operates https://receiptly-production-a0ea.up.railway.app and is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our QuickBooks automation service.

Information We Collect

  • QuickBooks OAuth tokens — stored locally on the server running the application (encrypted), used to post transactions on your behalf.
  • Receipt files — PDF and image scans you upload for expense processing.
  • Frazer CSV data — vehicle inventory, costs, and sale information you import.
  • Configuration — vendor mappings, account references, and folder paths.

How We Use Information

Data is used solely to automate dealership bookkeeping workflows: posting expenses, tracking vehicle basis, closing sales, and reconciling Frazer data with QuickBooks. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with Intuit QuickBooks Online (accounting API) and optionally LLM vision providers for receipt enrichment when enabled. Each third party has its own privacy policy.

Data Storage & Security

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Receipt and configuration data reside on the server filesystem and PostgreSQL database (Supabase) configured for your deployment. You are responsible for securing server access.

Disconnecting

You may revoke QuickBooks access at any time via our disconnect page, which clears stored OAuth tokens.
